REIKI CLASSES
Anyone can learn Reiki. You can use it for self-care, to help friends and family, the animals in your life, or situations you care about.
REIKI LEVEL I
Reiki Level I is the perfect introduction to Reiki energy work. This one-day workshop combines lecture and hands-on practice, with an emphasis on self-care and Reiki in direct contact with others. When you complete this class you will be able to use Reiki to help improve your sleep, relieve stress, manage pain, improve your immune response, and feel more centered and grounded. You can also share it with others.
Students will receive a Level I attunement and placement (I prefer to do both) and have opportunity to practice using this energy on themselves and others. Students will be provided with manuals and charts showing the hand positions for use on themselves and others.
Class sizes are kept small. The cost for this class is $110, which includes source books and a certificate of completion. A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required to hold a space for you in the class. Deposits can be applied only to classes or sessions; if you are unable to attend the class the deposit can be applied toward a Reiki session or the next available class.
REIKI LEVEL II
This two-day workshop builds on the experience of Level I and provides opportunity for in-person and distance Reiki. By Level II your system has adjusted to the Level I energy flowing, and it’s ready to open the channels more fully.
Students will receive a Level II attunement and placement (I prefer to do both), practice traditional Reiki techniques for scanning and treatment, and learn how to enhance their use of the energy with Reiki symbols. Students will learn how to draw and use these symbols in treating themselves, others, or situations. All will share Reiki with each other with ample time for practice.
Prerequisite for this class is the completion of Reiki Level I, which may have been taken with a different instructor (subject to approval). In addition to completing this workshop students will be required to provide Reiki sessions as a free service to enhance their learning and gain confidence. Students may choose to complete only the classroom portion of their training but this practice portion will be required in order to receive a certificate of completion.
